2014 Martin Institute Conference - June 10-11

conference-2014-logo

On June 10 and 11, the Martin Institute 2014 Annual Conference will investigate the theme of Learning Forward.

For us, learning forward means that, as teachers and school leaders, we are always learning professionally and reaching forward toward excellence in advancing student learning.

Dates:

June 10–11, 2014

Cost:

Early Bird: $95 ( Until April 15)
Regular Price: $150 ( April 16 - June 10)

In our theme of learning forward, there is also the idea of our responsibility of being acutely aware of the demands the future requires of our students in further schooling and in career success in the new economy of information and innovation. Our job is to design learning forward to foster the development of skills, knowledge and character traits that students need for their futures.

Being intentional about programming for educators from all types of schools, we are delighted to feature four keynote speakers from various types of schools that will share ideas about what forward-oriented learning looks like and what it requires of us as teachers as school leaders. Each is passionate about advancing forward-oriented students learning. You can read their short bios below.

We hope you will join us in June.
